Payment questions

Stripe processes the current $5 support payment. For a payment issue, use the customer-support contact information displayed on your Stripe receipt or transaction record. Include the date and amount, but never send a full card number, password, or Social Security number.

Website feedback

RECEIPTS is still in active launch development. A separate public business-support email is not yet published. Before accounts or subscriptions are sold, this page will be updated with a dedicated customer-support channel.

Urgent legal matters

RECEIPTS is not an emergency service, law firm, court filing system, or substitute for a lawyer. If a deadline, court appearance, arrest, safety issue, or other urgent matter is involved, use the appropriate official court/agency channel or a qualified attorney.
